Pastor Wales grew up in Lagos, Nigeria. He was called to the ministry when he was born again of the Spirit of God. He then attended the Life Foundation School of Ministry in preparation for his calling.

In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Wales is an accomplished e-Commerce Solution Architect, Information Systems Strategist, Author, Teacher, Mentor, Prophet, Evangelist, Apostle, and Entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Web Development and Interactive Media as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
